When we say we’re here for you, we mean it.We offer a two-year limited warranty on every OPEN BOOTH Unit(s) purchased, and cover the full cost of repairs or replacements needed due to manufacturing defects. The Limited Warranty for your OPEN BOOTH Unit(s) remains in force for two (2) years and is valid from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
The Limited Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on all main parts in the Unit(s), from the date of purchase, when used normally in accordance with our recommended guidelines, which will include technical specifications, User Manuals, and service communications. The Limited Warranty does not cover non-Open Meditation branded components, including but not limited to, audio and scent distribution equipment. Except where prohibited by applicable law, this Limited Warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser and the jurisdiction in which the Unit was purchased.
